חורבת מחוז (בערבית: خربة المخوز; ח'רבת אל-מאחוז) היא חורבה עתיקה הממוקמת מדרום-מזרח ליישוב לפידות והשדות של כפר כיסרא, מצפון לדיר אל-אסד, בחבל תפן שבגליל המערבי. החורבה צופה לכיוון דרום נחל בית העמק (ואדי מג'נונה) ולכיוון צפון לנחל חשק. החורבה צופה לכיוון דרום אל נחל בית העמק ולכיוון צפון לנחל חשק. בסמוך לחורבת מחוז, מעבר לוואדי בית העמק, נמצאת חורבת תפן, בעבר מצודה הלניסטית - רומית, הממוקמת בנקודה אסטרטגית מעל ערוצו של נחל בית העמק. ייעודה של מצודת תפן הייתה בלימת כיבוש העיר עכו מכיוון מערב. החורבה נמצאת במרחק 200 מטר מכביש 854 ונמוכה יותר מחורבת חשק (קסר אל-עשאק). היישוב ישב על מסלע קשה וקרקע טרה רוסה. עקב מחסור במעיינות מקומיים, נכרו בחורבת מחוז בורות מים רבים.
