מוזיאון דגון היה מוזיאון שהוקדש לתולדות הדגן ומוצריו. המוזיאון שכן במבנה המשרדים בכיכר פלומר, בכניסה המזרחית אל ממגורות דגון בחיפה. עיקר אוסף המוזיאון הוקדש לממצאים ארכאולוגים מארץ ישראל ושכנותיה. במוזיאון אגף המוקדש לתהליך העבודה של הממגורות באמצעות דגמים של מנופים ומכשירים. תחילתו של המוזיאון באוספו של ראובן הכט. במשך השנים נוספו אליו מוצגים שהושאלו מרשות העתיקות. המוזיאון נפתח בשנת 1955 וקיבל בשנת 1966 מעמד רשמי מטעם המועצה הבינלאומית למוזיאונים. המוזיאון ניסגר ומוצגיו הועברו למוזיאון הכט באוניברסיטת חיפה.
