According to tradition and finds, the Romans built a magnificent bathhouse here, and the springs are mentioned in the Talmud. Today there is a modern spa with thermo-mineral pools at various temperatures, jacuzzis, saunas, and body treatments — alongside archaeological remains of the ancient baths.
