מערת צדקיהו (בערבית: مغارة سليمان, מערת שלמה) היא המערה המלאכותית הגדולה בישראל, הנמצאת בירושלים. הכניסה אליה היא מחוץ לחומות ירושלים, כ-100 מטר מזרחית לשער שכם, והיא משתרעת מתחת לבתי הרובע המוסלמי. היא הייתה חסומה למבקרים במשך דורות רבים. למערה נקשרו מסורות רבות, והמפורסמת בהן קשורה במנוסתו של צדקיהו מלך יהודה מפני הבבלים עם חורבן בית המקדש הראשון. מסורת זו העניקה למערה את שמה.
