עין יהודה (בערבית: עין אום אל עמוד) הוא מעיין בשולי קיבוץ עין הנציב, הקרוי על שמו של הרב נפתלי צבי יהודה ברלין, שעל שמו קרוי גם הקיבוץ. מי המעיין צלולים ומליחים. לפיכך, אינם מתאימים לשתייה או חקלאות, ומנוצלים לבריכות הדגים שבקרבת הקיבוץ מכיוון שטמפרטורת המים גבוהה במשך כל השנה. דבר זה עוזר לשמור על הדגים בעיקר מסוג אמנון שפגיעים מאוד למחלות בקור. אזור המעיין הוכרז כגן לאומי, והחל מ־2021 עד ל־2023 המעיין נמצא בשיפוץ ומגודר על ידי רשות הטבע והגנים.
