מערות אפקה הן ריכוז של מערות קבורה שומרוניות עתיקות, שנחצבו בסלע הכורכר בפארק אקולוגי גלילות, צמוד ממערב לנתיבי איילון, צפונית לשכונת רמת אביב ג', ודרומית-מזרחית למסוף חברת פי גלילות. הן סמוכות, ומדרום, לנחל אחיה. אתר המערות התגלה ב-1951 בעת עבודות הקמת מסילת החוף, ונחקר על ידי הארכאולוג יעקב קפלן. המקום נחקר שוב במסגרת חפירות הצלה ב-1989 עם סלילת נתיבי איילון. במקום יש גם ריכוז מרשים של גאופיטים, בין היתר אירוס הארגמן, כלנית מצויה, סתוונית היורה, עירית גדולה, צבעונים, חרציות ואחרים. האתר נמצא על גבולן של תל אביב ורמת השרון, והוא היה מאוים על ידי תוכניות בנייה מזה שנים רבות, עד להקמת הפארק.
