מֵרוֹת הוא יישוב יהודי קדום בגליל העליון, שהתקיים על פי ההשערה ברציפות מימי אלכסנדר ינאי החשמונאי (תחילת המאה ה-1 לפנה"ס) עד לשלטון הצלבנים, תקופה של 1,400 שנה. באתר התגלו בית כנסת, בית מדרש, מקווה טהרה, כתובות, מערכת מסתור, מערכת ביצור, תצפית ושליטה, מערכת אספקת מים, גתות, שדות קברים ובו קבר צדיק ומטמון מטבעות. האתר נמצא כ-4 ק"מ מערבית לתל חצור, בינו לבין מושב עלמה, בתוך אזור אימונים של צה"ל ("שטח 100").
