היכל התרבות באר שבע הוא מבנה ציבורי השייך להסתדרות העובדים הכללית. שוכן במרכז האזרחי בבאר שבע, בשדרות יצחק רגר, בסמוך לבניין עיריית באר שבע. הוא נועד לארח הצגות ומופעים מגוונים. ההיכל הוקם בסוף שנות ה-80. בעבר הוצגו בו חלק מהצגות תיאטרון באר שבע. משנות ה-90 פעלה מסעדה איטלקית "ריגולטו" בהיכל במשך שנים רבות ואחריה פעלה מסעדה סינית "ג'ייד פאלאס". המבנה כולל שני אולמות: האולם המרכזי, המיועד לקהל של עד 592 איש; ו"במה 2", החדשה יותר, המיועדת לקהל של כ-160 איש (או 100 איש במסגרת "קפה תיאטרון" הכולל שולחנות). המבנה שופץ בשנת 2003.
