כנסיית הניאה (ביוונית: "חדשה") הוא שמה המקוצר של "הכנסייה החדשה על-שם מרים אם ישו", כנסייה ענקית קדומה בירושלים שנחנכה בשנת 543 לספירה והתקיימה עד המאה התשיעית או העשירית. הכנסייה נבנתה על ידי הקיסר הביזנטי יוסטיניאנוס הראשון באזור הדרומי ביותר של ירושלים של ימיו, ברום הר ציון, בתחילת השתפלותו דרומה לכיוון גיא בן הינום, במקום בו נמצאים כיום שער ציון ומגרש החניה של הרובע היהודי. ציר החיים המרכזי של ירושלים הביזנטית היה בין כנסיית הקבר לכנסיית הניאה, ביניהן נסלל הקארדו הביזנטי, כפי שניתן לראות היטב במפת מידבא. לאורך הקארדו התקיימו התהלוכות הדתיות המרכזיות.
