תל חצור הוא תל וגן לאומי ישראלי, השוכן בתל אל-קדח, ממערב לקיבוץ איילת השחר, בגבולו הדרומי של עמק החולה. תל חצור משתרע על שטח של כ-840 דונם בין התוואי הישן והחדש של כביש 90 והוא הגדול מבין כ-200 תילים מקראיים ברחבי ישראל. בשנת 2005 הוכר תל חצור כאתר מורשת עולמית, יחד עם תל מגידו ותל באר שבע. העיר חצור הייתה מיושבת מסוף האלף ה-3 לפנה"ס ועד המאה ה-2 לפנה"ס. בתנ"ך נזכרת חצור בשלושה הקשרים: תפקידה בעת יישוב הארץ בידי הישראלים באלף ה-2 לפנה"ס, בנייתה מחדש על ידי ממלכת ישראל החל במאה ה-10 לפנה"ס, וכיבושה בשנת 732 לפנה"ס בידי מלך אשור, תגלת פלאסר השלישי. המועצה המקומית חצור הגלילית, שקמה כמעברה ב-1953, נקראה על שם חצור הקדומה.
