מוזיאון ראלי הוא מוזיאון לאמנות ספרדית ולארכאולוגיה בקיסריה, מייסודו של הארי רקנאטי, אספן אמנות נלהב, שפרש מעסקי הכספים והקדיש את עצמו לאמנות. המוזיאון שוכן בשני בניינים מפוארים בסגנון ספרדי, הנשקפים אל מדשאות, עצים וים. בבניין הראשון בקומה השנייה יש מרפסת רחבת-ידיים, מסוככת, ובה פסלים שונים, המחברת אל מתחם נעול שבו נהג לגור רקנאטי בחופשותיו בישראל. בקומתו התחתונה יש הצגה של ארכאולוגיה של קיסריה מתקופות שונות, בהן הרומית, ההלניסטית והביזנטית. הבניין השני עוסק בפסלים של דמויות מרכזיות מיהדות ספרד, וכן בציורים המבוססים סיפורי התורה כמו אדם וחווה.
