תל נעמה (בערבית: תל א-נאעמה) היא גבעה בגובה 83 מטר מעל פני הים, כשני קילומטרים ממערב לכפר בלום שבעמק החולה. התל הוא אתר ארכאולוגי. על גבעה זו התיישבה משפחת שוורץ, שהייתה מראשוני החקלאים בארץ ישראל שעסקו בגידול דגי מאכל. בתקופה מסוימת ישבו במקום מקימי קיבוץ כפר בלום. כיום האתר נטוש ומוכרז כאתר מורשת על ידי המועצה לשימור אתרי מורשת בישראל.
