מצד עין טמיר הוא מבנה גדול (25.4X 32.0 מ') ומבוצר מתקופת הברונזה התיכונה 2. המבצר שוכן בראש מצוק הגדה הצפונית של נחל כזיב אשר בגליל העליון המערבי, ונמצא כ-600 מ' מצפון למעין עין טמיר, וכקילומטר אחד מדרום-מזרח לחורבת גליל, ליד מושב גורן. בשוליו המערביים של המבנה הוקם "חניון הזיתים" על ידי קק"ל, שמהווה נקודת יציאה מועדפת למטיילים בשמורת הטבע של נחל כזיב, והדרך הקצרה ביותר (אם כי התלולה) אל עין טמיר. הריסות האתר חבויות בין עצי האלון ובשל ריבוי המטיילים ומיקומו, הפך המצד לאסלה ציבורית.
