גַ'לְג'וּלְיָה (בערבית: جلجولية) היא מועצה מקומית ערבית-מוסלמית במחוז המרכז בישראל, 3 ק"מ מזרחית לכפר סבא. ג'לג'וליה היא יישוב עתיק יומין ששמו נזכר בכתובים היסטוריים. בולטים בו שני אתרים היסטוריים: הח'אן מהתקופה הממלוכית שהיה חלק מרשת חאנים שהשתרעו לאורכה של הדרך שעקפה את מישור החוף, ששפע ביצות בתקופה ההיא (דרך הדואר), ומסגד "אבו אלעון", אחד ממפקדי הצבא של צלאח א-דין. היא הוכרזה כמועצה מקומית בשנת 1957. כלל תושבי ג'לג'וליה הם ערבים-מוסלמים.
