מצודת תפן (בערבית: "קלעת א-תפאניה") היא אתר ארכאולוגי מהתקופה ההלניסטית ובו שרידי מבצר גדול. המצודה ממוקמת מצפון ובסמוך ליישוב כישור בגליל העליון, על רכס שנקרא בעבר ג'בל א-ראוס, (הר הראשים) ומשקיף על נחל בית העמק. מקור השם אינו ידוע. ייתכן והשם "טופאניה" קשור למילה "טופאן" בערבית (מבול), או שזהו שימור שם קדום של האזור מסביב לה ("תפן"). המצודה היא חלק ממערך הביצורים שהגן על העיר ההלניסטית פטולמאיס (עכו).
