סטף (בערבית: صطاف, בתעתיק לעברית: צטאף) היה כפר ערבי בהרי ירושלים על הצלע המזרחית של הר איתן היורדת עד לנחל שורק, כעשרה קילומטרים מערבית לירושלים. במלחמת העצמאות נכבש הכפר במסגרת מבצע דני ותושביו עזבו אותו ולא הורשו לחזור אליו אחרי המלחמה. האתר שוכן כקילומטר צפונית מערבית למושב אבן ספיר, משמר ומשחזר חקלאות הר מסורתית וקדומה שעדיין קיימת בכפרים כמו בתיר וואדי פוכין בהרי יהודה. חקלאות השלחין במקום התקיימה בעיקר ממימיהם של שני מעיינות שכבה, עין סטף (עין אל-בלד) ועין ביכורה (עין א-שרקיה).
