מערת התאומים (בערבית: מע'רת אם אל-תואמין, כלומר 'מערת אם התאומים') היא מערה קרסטית הנמצאת בגדה הצפונית של נחל המערה, בשוליים המערביים של הרי ירושלים, כ-1.5 ק"מ ממזרח למפגש נחל מערה עם נחל זנוח. המערה ממוקמת כשני קילומטרים ממזרח למושב זנוח באזור העיר בית שמש. בעונת החורף, מאחד בנובמבר ועד 31 במרץ, המערה סגורה למטיילים במטרה להגן על אוכלוסיית העטלפים המצויים בתרדמת חורף. בשאר העונות, היא נפתחת לציבור.
