חוות מרדכי הייתה חוות ניסיונות חקלאית, שהייתה חלק ממכון וולקני והוקמה ב-1935 מדרום לכפר הנוער עיינות שבמישור החוף הדרומי לצורך עריכת ניסיונות חקלאיים. החווה נקראה על שם מרדכי וולקני-אלעזרי (אחיהם של יצחק וולקני-אלעזרי ומאיר וילקנסקי) שהקים וניהל אותה בראשית דרכה. החווה הפסיקה לפעול ב-1963 אך מבני החווה עדיין קיימים.
