מחנה המעצר בלטרון היה מחנה מעצר שהוקם בלטרון על ידי שלטונות המנדט הבריטי בתחילת מלחמת העולם השנייה ואשר שימש לכליאת שבויי מלחמה גרמניים ואיטלקים וכן לכליאת אלפי תושבים של ארץ ישראל, יהודים וערבים. בתום המנדט הבריטי ננטש המחנה ונהרס בקרבות הקשים שהתנהלו במקום במלחמת העצמאות. מן המחנה נותר רק מבנה בטון אחד, ששימש כעמדת השער למחנה, מזרחית לקיבוץ נחשון וצפונית לכביש 3. בתפקיד רב המחנה, שימש הרב דב בער אליעזרוב. על קורותיו במחנה כתב בפתיחה לספרו, "שאלי ציון".
