עין חנדק הוא מעיין בהרי ירושלים, מזרחית למושב אבן ספיר. עד שנת 1948, המעיין שירת את תושבי אל-ג'ורה, כפר שהיה מעל המעיין. המעיין נובע בתחילתה של נקבה, ומימיו מוזרמים במערכת נקבות חצובות בסלע מתצורת שורק. המעיין נמצא בגובה 580 מטר מעל פני הים, ומזין מערכת השקיית שלחין נרחבת בוואדי יוסף ממזרח למושב אבן ספיר. שמו של המעיין "עין חנדק" הוא שינוי קל של שמו הערבי "עין אלח'נדק", ופירושו עין הניקרה או עין התעלה או החפירה. עין חנדק נמצא ביער עמינדב על שביל המעיינות, שהוא שביל באורך של שני ק"מ היוצא מחרבת סעדים, עובר דרך מספר רב של מעיינות שכבה, עד שמגיע לעין חנדק. עין חנדק ממוקם גם על שביל ישראל, והוא מהווה את נקודת החיבור שלו עם שביל ירושלים. בסמוך למעיין עצי זית, תאנה, פטל, וענבים.
