עין נטפים (בערבית: ביר אל קטר או עין אל קטר) הוא מעיין מים מתוקים בהרי אילת בערוץ נחל נטפים ליד הגבול עם מצרים. המעין נמצא כשבעה ק"מ צפונית לאילת סמוך לכביש 12. זהו המעיין היחיד הנובע כל השנה באזור הסמוך לאילת.
