עין פלוטית הוא מעיין קטן בצד הכביש המוביל לעין תמר ולנאות הכיכר. המעיין ממוקם באזור בתרונות החוואר של הערבה הצפונית ובין כיכר סדום, בקרבת נאות הכיכר ועין תמר. מהמעיין נובעים מים מליחים. סביב המעיין נמצאים עצי דקל וסבך שיחי קנה. המעיין קרוי על שמה של פלוטית, בת לוט, שלפי האגדה הייתה מי שדאגה לעניים וזרים בסדום. אנשי העיר שלא אהבו את מעשיה שפטו ודנו אותה למוות בשריפה. זעקתה של פלוטית עלתה השמיימה ואלוהים הביא לחורבן סדום ועמורה. למעיין שם נוסף ששגור בפי רבים, "מעיין האהבה".
