עין סהרונים הוא מעיין קטן, היחיד במכתש רמון, המהווה את מקור המים הגדול והמרכזי ביותר במכתש. המעיין נמצא בשמורת הטבע מצוק הצינים, ובקרבת מצד סהרונים – תחנת דרכים קדומה. השם עין סהרונים נובע מצמח הסהרון המשתלשל הגדל באזור. בערבית נקרא המעיין אלמחלה ("המעיין היבש", "מעיין הבצורת") כשם החאן הנבטי קצר אלמחלה.
