עין רכש (בערבית: עין אל-בֵּידא) הוא מעיין בשמורת נחל תבור הנובע בסמוך למפגש של נחל רכש עם נחל עין חדה, כחצי ק"מ צפונית מזרחית לתל רכש. בסמוך למעיין עובר שביל ישראל. מי המעיין נובעים בתוך שוקת בטון מוצלת שאורכה כ-5.5 מטרים, רוחבה 1.5 מ' ועומקה כ-40 ס"מ. סמוך למעין מבנה בטון ישן ובו משאבה. מי המעין צלולים וקרירים ונמצאים בהם דגים. עודפי המים ניגרים מהשוקת ונשפכים להמשך נחל רכש עד מפגשו עם נחל תבור. סביב המעיין ולאורך נחל רכש גדלים שיחי פטל קדוש, קנה מצוי ונענע משובלת ועצי ערבה ושיזף מצוי. עין רכש נובע גם בקיץ, כנראה כתוצאה מניקוז והשקייה. ספיקתו כ-25 מ"ק בשעה. בערבית עין רכש נקרא עין אל-בֵּידא, שפירושו הנביעה הלבנה, על שם מחשופי הגיר הלבנים שבמדרונות הנחל.
