תֵּל מַלְחֲתָה הוא אתר ארכאולוגי השוכן בבקעת ערד, על גדתו המזרחית של נחל מלחתה, בסמוך להתחברותו עם נחל באר שבע. שמו הערבי של התל הוא תל אל-מילח (תל המלח), כנראה האתר היה קשור בזמני קדם למסחר במלח שהופק מים המלח. צורתו של התל היא סגלגלה, אורכו כ-200 מטר ורוחבו כ-75 מטר, ושטחו כ-15 דונם. בגדתו הצפונית של נחל מלחתה, נמצא תל קטן שנקרא "תל מלחתה הקטן". התל נמצא כיום בתחום בסיס נבטים. מצפון לתל, שרידי מצד מהתקופה הרומית-ביזנטית, השייך למערכת המבצרים של ה"לימס פלשתינה" – קו הגבול המוגן שהשתרע מרפיח לים המלח, למניעת התפרצותם צפונה של שבטי המדבר.
