עֵין חֲצֵבָה הוא מושב בערבה התיכונה דרומית לים המלח המהווה את היישוב הדרומי ביותר בתחומי המועצה האזורית תמר. המושב הוקם בשנת 1962 כחווה חקלאית ושמו ניתן לו על שם מצד חצבה (עין חוסוב – המעיין השופע) הסמוכה ליישוב. אנשי המושב בחרו שלא לקלוט משפחות נוספות, וכך מושב עין חצבה הוא מושב של עשר משפחות בלבד עם 58 תושבים והוא המושב הקטן ביותר בישראל. במושב מתגוררים כמה עשרות עובדים זרים.
