בית דונדיקוב הוא הבית השלישי שנבנה בעיר רחובות, ומוזיאון העיר רחובות כיום. הבית נמצא בפינת הרחובות יעקב ודונדיקוב. הוא הוקם במושבה בשנת 1891 על ידי אברהם יהושע דונדיקוב, ממייסדי המושבה וחבר הוועד הראשון שלה. בית דונדיקוב היה בית המגורים השלישי במושבה, אחרי בית יוספזון ובית קנטרוביץ.
