רָמַת מַגְשִׁימִים הוא מושב שיתופי של תנועת הפועל המזרחי בדרום רמת הגולן והיישוב הדתי הראשון באזור. היישוב נמצא כשלושה קילומטרים מגבול ישראל–סוריה וכחצי קילומטר מזרחית ליישוב חיספין. גובהו של היישוב הוא כ-430 מטרים מעל פני הים. בצמוד ליישוב ממזרח שוכנת החורבה הארכאולוגית ח'ספין, המזוהה עם העיר התלמודית חספיה. המושב הוא המזרחי ביותר ביישובי דרום הגולן, וממזרח לו נמצאות העיירות הסוריות נווא וג'אסם.
