מחלף עין תות הוא מחלף המחבר את כביש 6 וכביש 67 וממוקם מדרום-מערב למושב אליקים ומצפון לקיבוץ רמות מנשה. המחלף נפתח לתנועה ב-20 ביולי 2009 עם חנוכת הקטע בין מחלף עירון לבינו. המחלף נקרא על שם עין תות, מעיין הנמצא מצפון למחלף.
