המגדל הנטוי של פיזה (באיטלקית: Torre pendente di Pisa) או מגדל פיזה הוא מגדל הניצב בפיאצה דיי מיראקולי, בפיזה שבאיטליה. המגדל ידוע בעיקר בשל נטייתו בזווית של 3.97 מעלות נכון ל-2019. הבניין הוא מגדל הפעמונים של הקתדרלה בעיר והוא אחד המבנים הידועים באיטליה ואחת מאטרקציות התיירות הידועות שלה: הוא מופיע ברשימת האתרים הפופולריים באיטליה במקום החמישי, ובתחילת שנות ה-2000 ביקרו בו כשני מיליון תיירים בשנה. לבנייה היו שלושה שלבים, שכל אחד מהם נבנה על ידי מתכנן אחר. המתבונן במגדל יבחין בשילוב שנעשה בין סגנונות הבנייה של הבונים השונים.
