רצועת חוף דור הבונים היא רצועת חוף באורך של 4.5 ק"מ המשתרעת ממושב הבונים בצפון ועד לאזור מושב דור ומכאן שמה. רצועת החוף כוללת את חוף הבונים ואת חוף דור המוכר לציבור גם בשמו הישן, חוף טנטורה. חוף דור-הבונים נחשב לחוף המפורץ ביותר לאורכו של הים התיכון בתחומי מדינת ישראל. ריבוי המפרצונים נגרם עקב תהליך בליית רכס הכורכר המערבי של מישור חוף הכרמל על ידי גלי הים והרוחות, אשר מפוררות בתהליך מתמשך את הסלע ויוצרות את המפרצונים וטבלאות הגידוד הרבות, בהן ניתן להבחין לכל אורכו של מישור חוף הכרמל ובפרט בחוף זה. בפברואר 2021 חוף דור הבונים נפגע אקולוגית בצורה קשה מאוד בעקבות אסון הזיהום הימי מספינה שהייתה כשבוע לפני כן כ-50 ק"מ מערבית לאשקלון. דליפה זו פגעה כמעט בכל חופי ישראל, אך חוף דור הבונים נפגע בצורה הקשה ביותר.
