בית מחסיר (בערבית: بيت محسير) היה כפר ערבי בהרי ירושלים בגבול שפלת יהודה, 2.5 קילומטר דרומית מזרחית לבאב אל ואד (היום "שער הגיא"). בתי הכפר היו בגובה של כ-575 מטרים מעל פני הים, השטח החקלאי של הכפר היה בדרך כלל בשפלת יהודה. במלחמת העצמאות שימש בסיס להתקפות ערביות על הדרך לירושלים. הכפר נכבש במסגרת מבצע מכבי ביום 11 במאי 1948, עם כיבושו נמלטו ממנו כל תושביו. בשנת 1950 הוקמו על אדמות הכפר המושבים בית מאיר (בסמוך להריסות הכפר) ומסילת ציון.
