מערת בני ברית (מכונה גם מערת הקדושים) היא מערה טבעית, קרסטית, אחת מהאתרים המרכזיים ביער הקדושים, בפרוזדור הרי ירושלים. המערה, באפיק נחל כסלון, הורחבה כדי לשמש מקום התייחדות עם זכר קורבנות השואה. בחזיתה הוסיפה קק"ל רחבה גדולה להתכנסות ושולחנות לפיקניק. מפאת חשיבות המקום המערה סגורה למבקרים, וההתייחדות נעשית בעת טקסים רשמיים. משני צדי נחל כסלון, מהגדולים מנחלי הרי ירושלים, נטעה קק"ל ב-1951, בסיוע ארגון בני ברית, את יער הקדושים להנצחת קורבנות השואה. ביער נטעו שישה מיליון עצים לזכרם של ששת מיליוני היהודים שנספו בשואה. אל המערה ניתן להגיע בדרך עפר שנסללה לאורך אפיק הנחל, לאורך הדרך מוצבים גלי-עד לזכר קהילות שונות שנספו בשואה.
