עין צמד הוא מעיין הנמצא בעמק הירדן דרום מזרחית לבית שאן, בסמוך לקיבוץ כפר רופין. ידוע גם בשם "מעיין המסיל" על שם הכפר הערבי מסיל אל ג'יזל שהתקיים בקרבתו עד מבצע גדעון במלחמת העצמאות ב-1948.
