עין רחל (בערבית: עין אלח'רוף) הוא מעיין באזור הערבה, צפונית־מערבית למחנה הצבאי עין יהב, ליד היישוב ספיר. עין רחל נובע במרכז עמק וסביבו מתלולי קירטון ומעליהם סלעי גיר המתקופת האאוקן. העמק פתוח מכיוון מזרח. בבור סגור בנוי מלבנים ומלט, הסגור במכסה העשוי מעץ. ספיקת המים במעיין היא כ-3 מ"ק בשעה. טרוורטין שהוא סלע משקע יבשתי, סוג של סלע גיר, נקבובי, בהיר בגווני צהוב, חום המצוי בסביבה יכול להעיד על שפיעתו הרבה בעבר. צפונית למעיין ממוקם מצד עין רחל שהיווה תחנת דרכים בדרך דרב א' סולטן שממשיכה מהמצד לכיוון צפון מערב וממשיכה לנחל צין והר הנגב. סביב המעיין ניתן לחזות בצמחי קנה, סמר ודקלים.
