עין בוקק הוא מעיין המזין את נחל בוקק, הנובע ביובל קטן שבקניון שיוצר הנחל במורדות מצוק ההעתקים מעל המתחם התיירותי עין בוקק של ים המלח. הוא נמצא בתחום שמורת טבע מדבר יהודה. למעשה עין בוקק אלו מספר מעיינות, הנובעים מעל אקוויקלוד חרסיתי. בעבר היו מי המעיינות נשפכים אל ערוצו של הנחל, אך כיום הם נשאבים ומספקים את תצרוכת המים של מלונות ים המלח. במספר נקודות יוצאות כמויות קטנות של מים מהצינורות, ומזינות את הפלג הנשפך בערוץ. הערוץ מתחת למעיינות עשיר במאובנים של שורשי וגבעולי קנה. בערוץ ישנה צמחיית מעיינות עשירה: קנה, עבקנה, מלוח, סמר, אוכם, צלף ואשל. פלג המים רצוף ואיתן, זורם עד לשער הקניון.
