חוּרְבַּת מִנִים, הידועה גם בשמה הערבי חִ'רְבַּת אל-מִנְיָה, היא אתר ארכאולוגי השוכן בבקעת גינוסר, דרומית לעין שבע וצפונית לקיבוץ גינוסר, בצפון מערב הכנרת. האתר מכיל ממצאים ממספר תקופות, שהחשוב שבהם הוא ארמון אומיי. האתר והשטח סביבו (39.7 דונם סה"כ) הוכרז גן לאומי ב-28 בפברואר 2002, אך אינו מוסדר לקבלת מבקרים. בסמוך לארמונות נמצאים שרידי מרחצאות ביזנטיים, וכ-400 מטרים צפונה לארמונות שוכן ח'אן אל-מניה, שתקופתו מאוחרת לארמונות.
