תל נָגִילָה הוא תל עתיק על גבעה בגדה המערבית של נחל שקמה בחלקו התיכון, בין כביש 40 וקיבוץ רוחמה. התל נצפה מכביש 40 דרומה לבאר שבע מעט דרומה ממפגש הכביש עם כביש 6 (מחלף מאחז) ועליו היה עץ אשל בודד (העץ נפל בסופה ב-12 במרץ 2020). השם העברי על שמו הערבי של התל – תל אל-נג'ילה (תל העשב). באתר נמצאו ממצאים מהתקופה הנאוליתית הקרמית הקדומה (כ-7,000 שנה לפני זמננו) ועד התקופה הביזנטית בארץ ישראל. הגישה לתל היא בדרך כורכר (דרך נוף נחל שקמה) היוצאת משמורת פורה ומסומנת בסימון כחול. מהתל יש תצפית יפה על שטח חקלאי נרחב. בסמוך לתל, על מסילת הדרום, ממוקמת תחנת רכבת תפעולית בשם "תל נגילה".
