בית הרב קוק הוא הבית שבו חי ופעל הרב אברהם יצחק הכהן קוק החל משנת ה'תרפ"ג (1923) ועד לפטירתו בג' באלול ה'תרצ"ה (1 בספטמבר 1935). ובו פעלה גם ישיבתו - ישיבת מרכז הרב עד שנת ה'תשכ"ה. הבית שוכן בקומה העליונה (השנייה) בבניין הבנוי סביב חצר שנקראה אז שכונת בית דוד (המושג "שכונה" היה אז מצומצם הרבה יותר מאשר בימינו), ברחוב הרב קוק 9 בירושלים, ליד בית טיכו. כיום משמש בית הרב קוק כמוזיאון על חייו ופועלו של הרב קוק.
